I didn’t grow up in a household that prioritized wellness.
Food choices were made for taste, not nourishment. Movement was optional, not modeled. Isolation was normal. And stress? Constant. But even as a young teen, I began to crave something more. I could feel that the path I was on wasn’t leading somewhere I wanted to go. I wanted to feel good in my body. I wanted energy. Joy. Connection. The ability to say yes to the things that lit me up, without needing a nap first.
So I started learning. Slowly, on my own.
One habit at a time, I began to shift. I lost weight, got stronger, had more energy, and most importantly, I started to feel genuinely happier. That spark of transformation planted the seed for what would eventually become DND Wellness Co.

Why I Started This Business
Over the years, I found myself consistently being asked: "How do you do it all?" And my answer was always the same: "I take care of me first."
That’s when it clicked. What I’d learned through personal experience and a deep commitment to my own growth was something I could offer to others, especially the ambitious, high-achieving women around me who were feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves.
In 2024, I became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and officially launched DND Wellness Co., a business rooted in nourishment, slowness, and feminine connection.
It started with intimate, online Women’s Circles, safe spaces for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember they don’t have to do it all alone. From there, it expanded into 1:1 coaching, group programs, and workshops all designed to support ambitious women in reconnecting with their bodies, realigning with their values, and reclaiming their energy.
What Makes This Work Different
In a world that often rewards hustle and constant output, I’ve built a business that honors rest, rhythm, and inner alignment. My approach combines holistic nutrition, mindfulness, and community, but through a feminine lens.
That means no one-size-fits-all plans. No shame-based tactics. Just real, grounded support for the whole woman, mind, body, and spirit.
My Women’s Circles, in particular, offer a unique blend of education, reflection, and connection. It’s not just about learning how to eat better or sleep more, it’s about being truly seen, supported, and reminded that your wellness is not separate from your success. It is your success.
I Don’t Do This Alone
While I’m the founder of DND Wellness Co., I’m far from doing it all solo. I’m deeply supported by a beautiful network of mentors, collaborators, fellow entrepreneurs, and community members who believe in this mission.
From mastermind groups that fuel new ideas, to clients whose stories shape future offerings, to friends and family who remind me to rest and receive, this business is a collective effort.
I’ve also been lucky to find support through initiatives like the We-Can Project, which has opened the door to new opportunities and meaningful connections.
A Business With a Bigger Mission
At its heart, DND Wellness Co. is about more than just wellness, it’s about creating a more sustainable, inclusive, and equitable world, one woman at a time.
By helping women feel better in their bodies and lives, they show up more fully in their families, communities, and work. That ripple effect is real and it’s how we create change.
My work removes geographic barriers, invites women of diverse identities and experiences into a welcoming space, and challenges outdated definitions of success. This is wellness that works with your body, not against it. That honors your whole self. And that reminds you: you don’t have to do it all, but you do deserve to feel good.
