A 3-month series blending holistic wellness with soulful conversation to support you as a woman in business.
Each month, we will focus on one of three core pillars of wellness: Nutrition, Mindfulness, and Connection, exploring how it can nourish both your life and your work.
You’ll receive the Monthly Wellness Intention with simple, relevant resources to help you explore the pillar in your daily life. Every other week, we’ll gather online to dive deeper into discussion topics inspired by the intention.
Our Women’s Wellness Circles offer a sacred space to slow down, be seen, and be heard, without judgment or expectation.
